Yvonne Lumsden-Dill

Yvonne Lumsden-Dill is Executive Director, Women’s Leadership Institute of Mount Mary College.  The Institute is an extension of the leadership agenda initiated in 1997, which focuses on creating positive change for women in our community.  The Institute provides for the holistic development of women as leaders in their profession, faith community and community at large. The Institute, in collaboration with existing organizations and women leaders, seeks to provide programs, resources and mentoring for women in the greater Milwaukee area. Previously, Yvonne was Director of Industry and Corporate Relations at Miller Brewing Company. Prior to joining Miller, she was lobbyist and Foundation Vice President at Asarco International in New York.   Lumsden-Dill is a management and communications consultant who specializes in issues management, information analysis, implementation of public policy strategies, and stakeholder relationship building.  Lumsden-Dill is the S.E. Wisconsin regional coordinator for Lieutenant Governor Barbara Lawton’s WW=P initiative.   Ms. Lumsden-Dill is a member of The Leaders Forum, International Association of Business Communicators, the Hansberry-Sands Theatre Company Advisory Board, and Toastmasters International.
