Pam Bergeron, M.A.

Pam Bergeron has been associated with a community college in Michigan since 1978. She recently retired from serving as the employee relations director for the college in the department of human resources.  Pam has been certified by Company of Experts.net as an Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator and Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator Trainer (AIFT ©).

Her areas of expertise include facilitating group processes, team development, curriculum development, process design, strategic planning, and development and delivery of leadership programs. Employment history includes dental health care education and delivery systems.

Since 1989, she has been coaching managers and leaders in organizations, helping people close the gap between the constantly changing work world and living a balanced personal life. This includes listening to identify the specific needs and concerns of every client.

Pam enjoyed a long career with the community college but has also worked with many local associations such as the Michigan Association of Broadcasters, Michigan Dental Association and many community colleges across the United States and Canada.

Pam holds memberships in the Society for Human Resource Management and is a licensed Dental Hygienist. She is a graduate of Aquinas College, Grand Rapids, MI with an MA in Business Management.
